This Luxury Single Family Bungalow Style Home With Private Pool & Spa is nestled on almost 1/2 acre of land with a creek running along one side for additional privacy is located on the west side of Saint Petersburg near Treasure Island and the Beautiful White Sandy Gulf Beaches, about 10 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, just moments to shopping, theater, entertainment, sports venues, Interstate highways. About 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and about a 35 minute to Busch Gardens and about an hour drive to Disney World. Clean, comfortable luxury home updated less then 2 years ago has two full bedrooms, master bedroom has king size bed with 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and 2nd bedroom queen size bed, one bath, living room, new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, dining room with a table for six. You may sleep an additional two people on sleep sofa in the living room, for a total of 6 people. Bose Entertainment System inside and out.

We so enjoyed our relaxing holiday weekend stay in this beautiful home! We found everything to be just as lovely, private and peaceful as described and were more than happy with the property. Skipping the oceanfront properties for a private pool and outdoor kitchen was the perfect choice! Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, as are many options for shopping and dining, although it was so enjoyable to "eat in" by the pool that we dined out only one evening during our stay. The owner was very accommodating and even kindly replaced my deposit refund after I inadvertently destroyed the original. I will definitely return to this home for a future vacation and highly recommend it to other visitors!
