Description of the St Simons Island vacation villa rental

This is a beautifully decorated, quiet villa that overlooks a peaceful lagoon from the screened porch on the back of the villa. The villa has been recently painted, recarpeted in the bedrooms and new wood floors have been installed in the living/dining areas. It is very attractively furnished with a beautiful oriental carpet in living area and a big screen sony.The bedrooms each have a private bathroom and one has a king-sized new tempurpedic mattress while the other has twin beds. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

The Sea Palms area is a quiet residential resort area with 2 golf courses. Renters may use any of 3 pools, clay tennis courts (fee), play golf (fee), or use the fitness center (fee). We are close to the bike paths as well. The area has a wonderful canopy of live oaks with spanish moss and is shaded and attractive.
