Modern 3 bedroom/2 bath house located in gated community directly on the Gulf of Mexico on mainland near Alligator Point with large deck, chairs, pine trees on the beach and a private fishing dock.

St. Teresa Beach is an unspoiled, unincorporated area of Franklin County in the Northwest Florida panhandle region, 45 miles south of the capital city, Tallahassee, nestled between the fishing villages of Panacea and Carabelle Beach, with a view of Alligator Point, a barrier island. Bay North is a gated subdivision community of only 60 homes and duplexes directly on the white sandy beach. On the attached link of state parks, it is located on the mainland across from the "B" in Bald Point.

The Florida Seafood Festival is the State's Oldest Maritime Exhibit. The two day event annually draws thousands of visitors to this scenic historic town at the mouth of the Apalachicola River. The festival features delicious seafood, arts and crafts exhibits, seafood related events and displays under the shady oaks of Apalachicola's Battery Park.
