St. Teresa Beach is an unspoiled, unincorporated area of Franklin County in the Northwest Florida panhandle region, 45 miles south of the capital city, Tallahassee, nestled between the fishing villages of Panacea and Carabelle Beach, with a view of Alligator Point, a barrier island. Bay North is a gated subdivision community of only 60 homes and duplexes directly on the white sandy beach.
