It consists of a comfortable bed for two,small equipped independent kitchen with micro-wave,2hot-plates,toaster,coffee machine,pressure cooker,electric kettle,etc,bathroom with bath/shower and wc, a cosy living space tv,radio,cd player,furnished balcony,reserved parking in residence.Bed linen,bath towels,kitchen cloths and commodity products included.
350-560 euros/week depending on season.
160 euros/week-end in medium or low season.
80 euros/nightly in medium or low season.
Caution 500euros which is returned after verification of studio on departure day.
Any breakage or damage is payable.
Reservation 25% of rental not returned if cancelled.
