Sebago Lake is 10 miles long and 12 miles wide and so, so clean and clear-when it is rough you will think it is the ocean. Smell the pine scents of Maine! Terrific private home in cozy, private neighborhood (home is available only sparingly for rent); not your usual rental; great shape-2 huge picture windows facing lake; screened in porch just 14' from water's edge (or closer maybe); one of a kind 30' long permanent pier just perfect for conversation, reading, writing, meals or happy hour!

Grill right on the pier. Check out the lightpost at end. Ready to swim? Walk down the cement steps into the gradual entry water or jump off our brand new Great Northern Dock; bring your boat shoes for the water as the road is called Rocky Shore for a reason. Ready to exercise? Slip the kayak into the water or raise the sail of the windsurfer (an original Windsurfer brand in good shape).

Listen to the sounds of the lake from the porch, the TV/den room or the large and quiet master bedroom. Enjoy the ducks and loons that visit daily-just don't feed them. General store 2 miles away.
