Description of the State College vacation apartment rental
I have this 2 bedroom, 1 bath private basement apartment for rent just a mile from beaver stadium. Place includes ample parking spaces, sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably (2 queen beds a sofa and a day bed), wireless internet, towels and bedding, ac and cookware. 50% deposit required to reserve your weekend. Rental period is from Friday to Sunday times negotiable (rental period negotiable also). Responsible professional inquiries only please.

Five of us (all adults) stayed in this condo for a Penn State football weekend. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Justin and his wife were very helpful, especially since we made our plans at the last minute. We would definitely rent this place again!
