Escape into an amazing Retreat while visiting State College PA. Treat yourself to a New Year and a New You. Enjoy luxurious accommodations in the heart of downtown. With sky views of Old Main, view the city from the top floor balcony of our Penthouse. The Angel Suite boasts Italian leather furniture, comfy bed with luscious silk sheets, cherry writing desk, and large entertainment center with big screen. Full bath, premium cable. The Penthouse has HUGE big screen TV, fireplace, grill, gourmet kitchen, sky lights, Jacuzzi bath, w/d, full kitchen, deck with view of Old Main and Stadium. Highly secure, professional building. 1 block from campus and festivities. Please note that we have had as many as 16 people here for football weekends as there is plenty of floor space and parties have brought air matresses. That being said, very comfortably 6 can sleep. So it depends on your budget. You are paying for luxury and location. There are also 2 birds and 4 cats that house in the unit. They will stay if the entire unit is rented. There will be no need to take care of them unless your stay is for more than 3 days, at which time, owner will come to feed, water and clean litter box. Cats can be removed for an additional fee of $150. If just the Suite or the Penthouse is rented, the cats will go to the other unit. So if anyone is allergic to cats, please do not rent. On CATA on bus line. Free Wireless Internet. Rental rates starting a low as $59, in off seasons. Full accommodations including breakfast, Lunch and dinner prepared by culinary chef, upon request. Also available are discounted spa packages with our local partnerships. You can also enjoy PSU football packages. Rooms available everyday. Booking now for 2008 season. nice rental great location, May 28, 2008 "We arrived at the airport for the Michigan/Penn State Game. We had reserved a rental car, but they over booked. We called Sunshine and she picked us up in a Limo!!! We stayed in te most amazing Penthouse with a view of the stadium. This was our best trip ever to Penn State ad we will be back. Thanks again for making our stay so awesome."
