A check for the rental price will hold a reservation and can be sent via overnight post. A separate 1000.00 check is required for a security deposit. The security deposit will not be cashed unless there is damage or extra cleaning. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned to the renter. Prices listed above are for up to 10 guests. More than 10 guests are only permitted at the owner’s discretion and with a price adjustment.
Rentals are from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning (times are negotiable based on game time).
