Description of the State College vacation home rental
Our home is a custom built Cape Cod with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a newly finished basement in May 2008. We are located less than 5 miles from the Penn State campus on a private, professionally-landscaped 2 acre lot, surrounded by fields and a breathtaking view of the mountains.
Relax in our large, open great room and prepare your meals in the fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen with seating for 10 w/additional bar seating. Our 20'x20' screened porch w/gas grill provides a fabulous location to tailgate and entertain with with family and friends.
No pets and smoking OUTSIDE only, please.
Available bedrooms include 1 king w/master bath, 1 Queen w/attached bath, 1 Queen (w/double futon) and attached bath, 1 Double, 2 raised airbeds (finished basement) w/private bath. All rooms include luxury bedding and linens.
2013 Rental rates are quoted for 12 guests. Inquire about additional weekends.

Great Visit To State College

Four grads returned to where we met 51 years ago and stayed in this wonderful home. The house, just 10 minutes from town is in beautiful, peaceful farm country. The owner left us with a fully equipped home in immaculate condition that was perfect in every way.

Great house perfect for our get together on a PSU footballl weekend. The house was perfectly clean, spacious, very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better would have been Penn State beating Alabama. Highly recommend!
