Description of the State College vacation home rental
19th century farmhouse that has been in our family for six generations, set on 200 acres just a fifteen minute drive from the Stadium. Available to rent for weekends or by the week from April through November. Accomodates 10 adults or 3-4 couples with children. Child-friendly: includes a freestanding playhouse, bonfire pit, play room stocked with toys and games. Brand-new 28 burger gas grill.
Free DSL broadband connection with wifi.
Available for Blue White game, PSU graduation, Arts Fest, Penn State football weekends, PSU football, and other weekends and weeks by request. Also available for weekly rental during the summer.
Pricing: $800 for two-night weekend, $900 for three nights, $1200 per weeekend. Dogs OK but must be kept on the porch - no pets allowed in the house.
