Beautiful 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home on cul-de-sac available to rent for PSU home football games, graduation, and arts fest weekends boasts:

*3000 square feet of casual comfort-open floor plan

*Large fully appointed kitchen with professional grade appliances, ceramic tile floor, and granite countertop that opens to living room and dining room.

*Large deck includes 12 foot by 12 foot gazebo, as well as
patio table, umbrella,gas grill and chairs that overlook gorgeous mountain views; large private backyard area

*Hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout main level

*Washer/dryer, gas fireplace, big screen television with Direct TV

*Other amenities include wireless internet access

*Upper level has 4 BRs, and 2 full baths

*Lower level has guest suite,that includes a den,walkout basement, huge family room, as well as full bath with ceramic tile, and corian counters.

*Will sleep 8 comfortably. 1K, 1Q, 4 twin beds.

Home is located about 2.5 miles from the stadium, within walking distance of Faccia Luna, Autoport, and Ramada Inn Restaurants on Atherton Street.

Have a good time, but please respect our property, and its contents.The property is clean and in very good condition.
No pets or smoking (except outdoors)

For your convenience we will provide fresh linen and towel service as well as a professional cleaning service prior to and after your stay.

Price listed is for up to 8 guests. More than 8 guests are only permitted at the owner's discretion.

Will accept Paypal or check. A separate $750.00 check is required for a security deposit. This check will not be deposited unless there is any damage or extra cleaning. Any portion of the security deposit not needed will be returned.

Check In is after 4 P.M. Friday; Check Out is before 12 noon Sunday.

A fantastic home. The owners are accommodating and communicate well. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the campus by car, cab or even walking. Excellent place for a large group or family.
