This lovely 4 bedroom home, in Park Forest, is the perfect football weekend retreat! Located just minutes from Penn State campus, with easy access to stadium, bus route, Wegman’s and other shopping, and downtown. Large living room with plenty of seating, dining room, fully appointed kitchen with granite and dining area, 4 bedrooms including master, 2.5 baths. This lovely home accommodates up to 9 people, comfortably in bedrooms (King, Queen, Double w/ loft, single bunks). Additional accommodations for 4 people available upon request.

Rental includes linens and towels and is professionally cleaned prior to your visit.

Available for football weekends and various event weekends during 2009/2010.

Rentals are from Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday noon.

• Deposits: A cashiers check or money order for the rental price will hold a reservation and can be sent via overnight post. A separate $800.00 check is required for a refundable security deposit. The security deposit will not be cashed unless there is damage or extra cleaning. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned to the renter within one week of rental. Prices listed above are for 9 guests. More than 9 guests are permitted at the owner’s discretion and with a price adjustment.
