We are so happy that we found this home. My husband, daughter and I came to Penn State for Acacia's Parents' Weekend. It was so nice to stay in a home with room to stretch out. Rick and Andrea made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. It is very comfortable and roomy. We hope to be able to rent it again when we visit our son.

Great place for a family or friends to get togethe

Owners were easy to work with and accommodating. The home is in a quiet residential area and very close to State College and to local restaurants or shops. Good space for visiting upstairs and for kids to play downstairs. Televisions in the living room and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. We visited Penn's Cave and also First Night and enjoyed walking around the college campus. We brought in dinners from Wegmans and local restaurants. We had a good time and the house worked well for us.

My PSU roommate connected me with Rick. We got lucky. This was so comfortable and easy to reserve. Awesome location to new stores, bars, and of course Penn State. My son spent a night with us to get away which made Mom happy. I was able to do some work since the house has a strong wireless cabability. Awesome 52'TV with Netflix provide a relaxing area to reconnect. Everything was so clean and newly renovated. Looking forward to our next extended stay so we can take advantage of these wonderful accommodations.

We enjoyed our third visit to this beautiful home! It was another great stay--the home is well appointed, very clean and has everything we needed for a weekend in State College. Great house that we shared with other alum and current parents of PSU students. The owner Rick was a pleasure to work with and the house was everything as promised. We stayed for the Ohio State weekend this year. The only thing missing was a Penn State win. My family and friends will be back for years to come!

We loved this house. We shared a wonderful weekend with our PSU family, staying in this house made it that much better. It is decorated beautiful, and absolutely immaculately clean and neat. It was everything we needed and wanted. The bedrooms were huge, beautiful, and perfect for all of us, as were the bathrooms We were four couples with our sons. The basement was just right for our PSU Alum sons. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were all so comfortable and had a great time. I highly recommend this great house to everyone.

Very cute and warm home. Lots of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Backs up to woods and a little stream in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes from Wegmans and all North Atherton shopping. Highly recommended!

We rented this home for summer graduation and had family coming in from all over the country. It was clean, spacious, close to campus and restaurants and just the perfect fit for a large family with three little ones. With four large bedrooms, a nursery with two cribs and a pull out couch downstairs--there was ample room for everyone! There was plenty of clean towels and linens and a very well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved the community pool that was just across the street and a good time was had by all. The owners were extremely flexible with the check-in/check-out times and let us know that they were close by if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a nice relaxing stay in a beautiful home with all the amenities of a hotel, but far more charm.

A Quiet and Peaceful Weekend

We stayed here for graduation weekend. We needed a place for our very large family, including some small kids. This was perfect! It was clean and quiet with a peaceful back deck. The owner was very helpful with getting us checked in, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for us, because we were able to avoid the downtown area, and could quickly get to the stadium area with easy access to 99. We had an amazing weekend!

Our party spent a recent weekend at this house and we couldn't have been happier! Great location close to PSU; ample space in the home; comfortable beds and a huge newly renovated shower... We utilized the gas grill on the deck for a little pre-game party! We will be renting this again.

My husband and I along with 3 other couples stayed for 2 football weekends and really enjoyed ourselves. This house is very clean, nicely appointed and and fully equipped. Even the basement is awesome! We really appreciated being able to come back after a full day of tailgaiting, and relax, play cards, and watch TV together. So much more enjoyable than a hotel! Richard was very attentive to our needs as well. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Our stay was excellent. There were 4 couples sharing the house and we all agreed it was a great setup. The house was very nicely kept and it was only a short cab ride downtown. We all agreed we'd do it again next year if possible. Thanks to Rick and Andrea for making us feel very welcome in their home. Tailgating supplies are provided if needed including grill, chairs and coolers. All you have to do is buy the food!

We (party of 7) visited State College for 8 days and had such a great time staying in Rick's home! The clean, comfortable home provided space for kids and parents to spread out and live peacefully during an extended visit to Penn State. The community pool with fun waterslides was only 2 blocks away and the grocery store/shopping/movie theatre were less than 1 mile away. Visiting Penn State is always a special trip for us but this made it even better! Thanks Rick!

My family lives all over the country. We came into State College for a few days to gather for a wedding. Rick's home was the perfect solution for getting us all together in a place where we could share meals, morning coffee and a game of cards. It was spacious and comfortable for my adult children and their small kids. Rick was reliable and responsive to my emails and inquiries. I highly recommend this home for a family weekend.

We had a wonderful stay in State College over Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for 2 families with lots of kids. The local pool was tremendous for the kids to pass time and only a few hundred yards away. The house was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The owner was very helpful with us getting situated and responding to questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again and would highly recommend.

This beautiful home accommodated our family of seven and our two out of town guests for our sons recent Penn State graduation . Because of its close proximity to PSU, major grocery stores and restaurants, it was the ideal location for us, and exactly what we were looking for. The amenities included a spacious kitchen, a beautiful living room, three bathrooms, cable television and a/c in all the rooms and even lovely deck. The downstairs area of the home was equally as beautiful and very spacious. The Owner's were extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent from these folks again. A ++

Parents & Family Weekend PSU

This is very well kept and clean home with nice amenities. Sleeps 10 and very close to campus and shopping. We have a large family and this home was a very good choice vs. staying at a hotel. We were all together in the spacious family room and yet the home had plenty of privacy for all 4 families. It is economical, comfortable and convienent. The owners keep it immaculate.

We could not have asked for a better weekend in State College. The weather was gorgeous, PSU won the game & the accommodations were great! Our family of 4 stayed with another 2 families and we had everything we needed! The house was comfortable to accommodate all 11 of us (5 kids!). They thought of everything when opening up their home to us! Their house felt like ours & we look forward to staying there again!

My girlfriends rented this house for my betchelorette ... bachelorette party and it was much nicer than staying at a hotel! It was close enough to downtown for us to shop and bar hop - also a cheap fast taxi ride back when we drank too much! Plenty of rooms to accommodate our group along with a large enough area to do our P90X workout
