Description of the State College vacation home rental
We are leasing 2 rooms and a pull out couch from our home for some of the upcoming Penn State Nittany Lion football games this fall. We are charging a group rate which consists of the price for all rooms combined. Should you want a single room, you need to eithr call or email us back first. The prices are as follows:
9/12 Syracuse: $700
9/19 Temple: $800
10/03 Illinois: $1000
10/10 Eastern Illinois:$700
10/17 Minnesota: $850
11/07 Ohio State: $1200
11/14 Indiana: $900
Please keep in mind that there are two dogs, two cats already residing in the home. Pets are permitted but must be ok with other animals. No smoking will be permitted. Cash upon arrival
Area Description
We have a split level home, with 1.08 acres of land to cover group gatherings, pick-up footbal games, activities. There is a grill on the back for BBQ. Houses are plenty far apart leaving any amount of room needed.
Brothers pizza just down the road which provides late service up till 9pm at night.
