Description of the State College vacation home rental

Beautiful custom home, 6 years old, 5500 sq ft. Private neighborhood, fenced yard. 10 minutes, with traffic, to Beaver Stadium. 60 yards from Stadium bus stop and 40 yards from town bus stop. Fully finished basement with additional family room, game room (air hockey and pool table) and wet bar. Large back patio with gas grill and fire pit, waterfall, covered front porch. 5 flat screen LCD/plasma TV's all 32 inch or larger. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, linens provided (bed and bath). Continental breakfast provided. 1 king, 2 queen, 2 double, over 10 people at owners discretion and additional charge (queen air mattress available). 4 full baths and 4 1/2 baths. Professionally cleaned before and after. Minimum age requirement to rent. This is our home, please leave it in the condition you find it. (PSU games-check in Friday after 4 till 11 Sunday, $2000-$3000). Email for availability and rates on other weeks.

Graduation Weekend

My family and I recently stayed in Kristen's home for my son's graduation. It is beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of room for my party of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was nice to have everyone be able to stay under one roof. It made the weekend extra special. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful back yard. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

On a recent football weekend, our party of 13 enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and amenities this home has to offer. The house itself is spacious, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Our group spent the majority of our time alternating between the patio, with its grill, fire pit and view of the golf course, and the clubhouse-styled rec room with its bar, pool table and golf bags-through-the-ages decor. The owners graciously provided us with continental breakfasts each morning. The property, overlooking the golf course, is within a couple of blocks of public transportation into State College. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will be back, perhaps on an annual basis. I would highly recommend this property to anyone attending any event in or near State College.
