Beautiful custom home, 3 years old, 5500 sq ft. Private neighborhood, fenced yard. 10 minutes, with traffic, to Beaver Stadium. 100 yards from Stadium bus stop. Fully finished basement with additional family room, game room and wet bar. Large back patio with gas grill and chiminea, covered front porch. 5 flat screen LCD/plasma TV's all 32 inch or larger. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, linens provided. Continental breakfast provided. 1 king, 2 queen, 2 double, over 10 people at owners discretion (additional charge, queen air mattress available). Professionally cleaned before and after. No rental to students, this is our home, please leave it in the condition you find it. $1000 deposit due upon booking reservation, returned at check out. $3000.00 rental. Rental check in Friday after 5 till 11 Sunday check out. Email for availability on other weeks.
