Description of the State College vacation home rental
Gorgeous, modern home located in Foxpointe minutes from downtown, Beaver Stadium and the airport. Large family room, kitchen fully equipped, ceramic tile floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. We have a queen bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, double in 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 4th bedroom.

Rental includes linens and towels and is professionally cleaned prior to your visit.
Available for football weekends and various event weekends during 2013.
Rentals are from Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday at noon.

I accept Paypal or a check. Full amount is due prior to arrival. A separate 800.00 "cashiers" check is required for a security deposit prior to your arrival. This will be returned to you the following week unless there are any damages or extra cleaning required. Any portion of the security deposit not needed for damage or cleaning will be returned.

Penn State Alabama Weekend

My friends and I rented this home during the Alabama weekend. The house was perfect, immaculately kept, comfortable beds, great living areas and great location to all of what State College offers. We had a fabulous time and the owner is a gentleman and all the neighbors were great too. We would defiantly rent here again.

The home was very nice. Would stay again. Only about 10 minutes from campus. Taxi ride to campus was only $10.00 dollars...
