This is NOT student housing. It is professionally maintained and cleaned for each rental.
Technically, its a 3 bedroom house, but the family room is very large and the walkout basement is finished.. so i have raised queen aerobeds for in those rooms, giving 5 separate rooms.. (see pic link at bottom)
Overall the house is about 2500 sq ft.

3 Large bedrooms with 2 premium queen beds and 1 featherbed full size, Queen raised Aerobeds in the basement and family room (both large rooms), giving 5 totally separated spaces/bedrooms. The sectional couch easily sleeps 2 more, if desired.
2 Full bathrooms (separate water heaters which is perfect for larger groups)
Living room- Sofa, 42" Plasma TV, real Fireplace, Stereo
Gigantic Family Room with 120" theater projection HDTV, Wii, Direct TV, DVD, Large sectional Couch etc

I have it professionally cleaned prior to each rental, and it is fully equipped in every way. You wont find anything else like this downtown!

My friends and I rented this home for a football weekend and it was the perfect place to stay! The home is spacious with lots of room for everyone and has a great kitchen! The property has convenient parking and a spacious deck and yard! The location is within walking distance to downtown and close to a convenient bus stop to get to Beaver Stadium! Overall, renting this house was a great experience and my friends and I had a fun weekend because of it!

Everything was as advertised. We have been burned before by other properties but this home was perfect for a football weekend. Close enough to campus but with plenty of room.

Was here with a large group for a football weekend. Short walk to downtown, easy bus ride to stadium. House is extremely well equipped and handles large groups with ease. Highly recommend and if we go back again, we will definitely stay here again!
