Excellent location, only 2 miles from Beaver Stadium.
Beautiful 4 bedroom and 3 bath home with oversized kitchen and large family room with 52" HDTV w/blu ray dvd.
Wonderful view of the side of Mt. Nittany from the large back deck.
A large front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful stadium and sunset views.
A great get away and convienent access to State College and PSU.

Area Information

Very nice location close to all the PSU sporting events arenas. The little town of Lemont is a unique blend of fly fishing and local artisians who have multiple shops open for business.
The nature trails that run up the historic Mt. Nittany are right out our back door. You can see deer, turkey, bear and all other kinds of wildlife in our backyard.
