This 3 BR home with 2.5 baths is located just minutes from Beaver Stadium. Master suite offers King-size bed and 2 spare bedrooms have Queens. Easily accommodates 8+ guests.

Full amount is due prior to arrival as noted in contract. A separate check or cash is required in the amount of 50% of rent for a security deposit prior to your arrival. This will be returned to you the following week unless there are any damages or extra cleaning required. Any portion of the security deposit not needed for loss, damage or cleaning will be returned.

This is a wonderful house to stay in. The house was very comfortable and was in a great neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in Centre County you ventured. The owner, Adam, was GREAT to work with and very responsive. One of the best accommodations we have stayed at while visiting PSU. We look forward to staying here again soon! (minus the snow!)

This was the first time my family and I decided to use a vacation rental for our stay, and we will never go back to using hotels. The rental was far more affordable than the over-priced hotels. You have the same amenities as you would in a hotel, and much more--you have a home. It was perfect for a large group. The house was spacious and clean--we had everything we needed. The owner came to make sure we got in ok shortly after our arrival, and made himself available in case we needed anything over the weekend by providing his cell number. Everyone in my group had a great time. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Great Weekend!

My husband, adult children and I along with our friends from Colorado stayed for the weekend. Everyone is a Penn State grad but me. (I am a fan though!) We enjoyed the PSU memorabilia. It was great to have a kitchen so we could have lots of chatting, food and wine! We loved watching football games on the big screen tv and having plenty of room for all of us. The only problem was that I am allergic to dogs and there is a definite dog presence in the home. Adam was a gem to work with and did so much to make our visit comfortable.

"My family and friends rented this home for the PSU/Illinois weekend. The home was very nice and quiet. A great location just outside of town ($15 cab downtown) made gameday travel a breeze. We had a great time and Adam was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent here again."

This was a great, comfortable house that was really well-equipped and also dog-friendlly, which was a big plus for us. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, and really worked around our schedule and needs to make everything work easily. We would stay there again. The owner does have dogs, and while he obviously took them with him, it would probably not be a great choice for anyone who was allergic to dogs.
