Description of the State College vacation home rental

Ranch home in State College. Great rental for football weekends and graduations. The house has a 3 bedrooms, w/ queen beds and tv's. One full bathroom and full kitchen. Sleeps 6 to 7 people. Professional cleaning service comes on Friday morning before you arrive and cleans the house. All bedding and towels provided.
The House is dog friendly, separate deposit required ($250) and will be returned with security deposit following walk through to make sure of no damages.
