Description of the State College vacation home rental

Quiet, clean, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath house for nightly, weekend, or weekly rental. Can accommodate 4 adults 2 children (older than 10). Bedrooms include one with Queen size bed, one with a full size bed, and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full). All linens and towels included. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, microwave, stove and full fridge (no dishwasher). Close to shopping, restaurants.

Cable with television in living room but no internet.

Weekend rate (2 night minimum) is $500/weekend, with a 12pm check-in on Friday and 3pm check-out on Sunday.

Weekly rate is $700/week.

25% deposit (non-refundable) is required one month before arrival. The rest is due upon arrival. We require 48 hours notice for cancellation.

No pets or smoking.

Conveniently located in Park Forest neighborhood off North Atherton Street. Close to Wegman's, Target, several restaurants, bus line. 10 minute drive to downtown and stadium.

Clean, spacious, well-equipped: Best deal in town!

We stayed here for two nights and loved it! Before we got there, the owner was very flexible and responsive. We made a last-minute reservation and were able to take care of everything via PayPal. We weren't sure what time we would arrive, and she was able to accommodate us. When we got to the house, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean, and well-equipped everything was. We really gave the kitchen a workout by making jambalaya, pumpkin pies, and other assorted treats. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed (other than the food of course, the exception being the Starbucks coffee that we provided). Everyone raved about it, and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. The fact that it was also significantly less expensive was icing on the cake. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend that YOU do too!
