Description of the State College vacation home rental

Come rent our Home for your weekend in Happy Valley!! The house is located just off the 3000 block of east college avenue. You will be within 3 minutes of Beaver Stadium, Downtown and Campus. Home includes 4 bedrooms, one with a full size bed, two with a queen and a huge master with a queen and its own bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 futon style sofas...the kids love them. Other features include:

-Large deck and patio area
-8 person hot tub
-3 large flat screen tv's
-Large kitchen with a double oven, large fridge and freezer etc...
-3000 square ft. of living space
-Ample parking
-CATA bus stop within walking distance

A:It is a quiet modern Victorian upscale neighborhood close to 322/I-99 but far enough away that you here cricketsw at night and not highway traffic.

A:You can be at Wal-mart, the mall, Giant grocery store, sheetz convenience store, etc... all in 3 minutes or less.
