Description of the State College vacation home rental

Our vacation rental is a one story ranch home in the heart of West College Heights! The neighborhood is residential and walking distance to campus, stadium, and downtown.
This three bedroom home has all the modern upgrades such as hardwood floors, tile, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Area Information

The neighborhood is residential and is close to shopping. Within minutes you can get to Giant (grocery store) restaurants and many other shops such as TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Ann Taylor, Wegmans, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc. In the opposite direction, you will find yourself within walking distance to The Nittany Lion Inn, Stadium, Downtown, a golf course, and campus. This is a great location to be in regardless of your occasion!

Perfect for a big group

October 9, 2012

A group of 12 of us stayed here for the weekend. The house was great, planty of sapce, comfortable beds and sofas, and within a walk of the stadium. The house was very clean, plenty of extra towels etc. and has a nice big kitchen for cooking for the group. I would definitely recommend this to any large group going to State College for the weekend. All in all very happy with the place.
