Description of the Steamboat Springs vacation condo rental

The Pines at Orehouse, one of Steamboat Spring's newest luxury condominiums, provide our guests with all the comforts of home in a historic mountain setting. The free ski shuttle will pick you up near the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Resort. We have several brand new 2,3 & 4 bedroom condos that all include a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, New hand carved log furniture, granite counter tops, large stone fireplace, washer and dryer, gas grill, 2 TV's, two decks with great mountain views! Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Hwy 40 in Steamboat Colorado, this rental home is within one mile of the Steamboat Ski Resort! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping are right outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Yampa, and horseback riding are a stones throw away!

Nice condo - as advertised

January 14, 2013

This condo is located right on the shuttle between downtown and the ski resort. 5 young adults stayed here on our trip and we were all comfortable. The gas fire place kept it nice and cozy while the outside temp dipped to -10 deg F at night. It was very nice.

Our experience with Steamboat vacation rentals was excellent--the unit we rented at the piens was clean and spacious and right where we wanted it to be in terms of twon convenience. Booking was easy, checkin a snap. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and SVR and their processes are highly streamlined for a hassle free vacation.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was very equipped as well as the bathrooms and the laundry room. We had a wonderful time spending some great quality time together as a family. We especially enjoyed utilizing the gas grill and the kids enjoyed the hot tub.

Brad,We had a great time in Steamboat and really liked the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and we thought all the rooms were of good size. The only thing I would add is more info on the area. There was no "Welcome Kit". We finaly went to the Visitors Bureau and picked something up. I will recommend to clients and friends this was a very good value.Karla Constantine

Top quality condominium! Excellent amenities at a great value. We were totally thrilled with the accomodations. It is close to the slopes and shops. All the little extras were so nice, also. Loved having the washer and dryer. The free shuttle was extremely convenient. Loved the log furniture and the leather couches. Brad was extremely nice to work with. I had several questions prior to renting and he answered them very promptly. We were very happy and would definitely want to rent it again when we are in Steamboat!

The accommodations were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and how well it was outfitted. We've rarely enjoyed a place that had so many of the utensils, dishes, etc that we needed to cook in. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space were all wonderful, and access to public transit made our trips up to the mountain very easy. If we make another trip up to Steamboat, we'd love to use the condo again.
