Our Steamboat Springs vacation rental home is on 3/4 acre and is a 3,500 square foot, 3 level ski lodge that for over 20 years has established itself as one of the best properties to host a large group, family reunion, multifamily gathering or company retreat in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The large fireplaces provide a cozy ambiance and a game room provides endless entertainment for everyone.

Best Skiing Condition

April 13, 2010

On the first day of our vacation the resort received 16" of snow. It was the best skiing & riding condition any of of us experienced in our lift time. The house was clean, neat and had plenty of rooms. The owner, MaryAnn, helped us with getting settle into the house. She was much help. There was one not so positive event that took place during our vacation stay. On the first day, with 16" of snow, we were not able to drive out of the drive way. The house had no plow service. We found only one snow shovel in the house and it took us about an hour to shovel outselves out of the drive way. Please either provide a plow service or provide more shovels. In summary, due to an outstanding skiing condition we would have been happy no matter where we stayed and what the condition of the house.
