Description of the Steamboat Springs vacation townhouse rental

Brand new luxurious mountain lodge located in the heart of Mount Werner, minutes from the slopes. A private shuttle will get you there in the winter, or you may choose to walk less than seven-hundred yards to the gondola. Fantastic restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shopping are all within a short distance.

Our professionally furnished home is a four bedroom, five and a half bath, three level townhome with a view of the ski mountain, and southern views of the entire Yampa valley. The home boasts hand peeled logs throughout the nearly three thousand square feet of living area.

You enter on the main floor offering a slate entry to take off shoes and coats, along with a half bath. There is a full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal, including plenty of dishware for all your guests. The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances as well as custom slab granite countertops and slate flooring.

The living room and dining room feature hand-carved teak furniture with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. A covered deck and large windows provide commanding views of the entire valley, and views of the Flattop Wilderness area. The living room has a thirty inch flat screen HDTV with DVD and VCR, along with a great stereo for your favorite music, as well as, a convenient gas fireplace.

Upstairs has three full bedrooms with three complete bathrooms. The master bedroom has an oversize king-bed with luxurious linens and comforter, and views of the pool area and ski mountain from the large windows. A thirty-inch LCD TV with cable, provides great viewing from bed. The master bath offers an oversized Jacuzzi tub with separate shower.

The second upstairs bedroom suite offers a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and a hand stitched quilt. You can enjoy your favorite movies from the twenty-seven-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. The views from this bedroom are some of the best in the house, viewing southwest over the Yampa Valley and Flattop Wilderness area.

The third bedroom is great for kids, offering a bunk-bed with a full-size mattress below. There is also a roll-away bed to accommodate extra guests, as well as a portable crib for infants. The bedroom offers a twenty-seven-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, and a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The lower level of the home is designed for enjoying your favorite movies or sporting events. We offer a fifty-six inch flat screen HDTV with full surround sound complete with DVD and VCR. This is truly a moviegoer�s experience. You will have a hard time leaving this room when you sink into the soft leather couch, loveseat, or chair, with full size ottoman. The large round granite coffee table is great for playing your favorite game. You will never have to leave the downstairs, with a full shower and bath steps from the seating area.

Off the back patio, there is access to the trail that gets you to the gondola in five minutes. On this level, there is also a full bedroom suite featuring an oversized king-bed with dramatic furnishings, and a twenty-seven inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, as well as a walk-in closet, and full bathroom offering a tub and shower combination.

The home also offers an attached heated two-car garage, as well as radiant floor heating throughout the house, which is a nice touch when you get up on a cold Rocky Mountain morning. The covered front porch offers views of the ski mountain and pool area. Across from the home is a grass play area for the kids and a pool with two hot tubs to enjoy year-round after a hard day of skiing. When that famous champagne powder starts to fall, your vehicle will never slip or get stuck as the property offers a heated drive.

Steamboat Mountain Lodge is located 700 yards from the ski mountain and all the entertainment it has to offer. In the winter there is a private shuttle to take you to the ski mountain or any place in town you would like to go.
