Description of the Steamboat Springs vacation townhouse rental

Our townhome is actually 5 short levels and over 2200 square feet! We have a private Sauna(Indoor) and a private Jacuzzi on the back deck.
With the FREE Bus right out the front door, thru the parking lot a car is not a necessity. 700 Yards to the resort!
We are set up for families, Responsible renter must be at least 25 years old with proof of drivers license sent with contract.
We accept Master Card, Visa as Payment.
Enjoy all the beauty of Steamboat Springs while you relax in the Jacuzzi or in front of the fireplace.
We have TV's in every room, including the kitchen. The lower level and loft both have bunk beds (1-2 twins 2nd one has 1 twin - 1 full). Lower level includes a entertainment center complete with Playstation 2, TV, DVD, and tons of games and books. Sauna, W/D, and additional bath located on lower level as well. We also provide a electric air mattress to use if you like on the sofa bed located in the living room.

Herbage Townhomes are surrounded with mature trees, a view of the Gondola right out the front door!! .
Winter activities includeand may I say here that most of the companys will pick you up right at your front door and deliver you home, such as Sleigh Ride, Powder Cats,
Many Snowmobile companys and ski shops such as One Stop Ski Shop!
WE ARE WALKING DISTANCE (DOWNHILL) TO THE TICKET OFFICE/SLOPES...NOW COMING UP COULD BE SLOW SO WE SUGGEST TAKING THE FREE BUS THAT DROPS YOU RIGHT AT THE PARKING LOT OF HERBAGE!! FREE BUS COMES EVERY 10 MINUTES IN THE WINTER!

INCREDIBLE Home - Choose this one!

We spent the week after Christmas in this townhome. It was incredible! The home was beautifully furnished, and thety thought of everything to make it a treu home away from home. We enjoyed everything from the location to the wonderful flannel sheets to the fully equipped kitchen to the games and hot tub! The owners were very nice and easy to work with as well. Thank you for sharting your home with us!
