Although this townhome is less than 2 years old, the stunning contemporary architecture has quickly established Blackhawk as a Mountain Village landmark.

Oak, steel, wood and cinder block all combine to create a unique lodging experience in Steamboat. The first floor of our townhome is the heart of the house and is a stunning and stylish living, dining and kitchen area with a sociable round dining table with seating for 8 and a spacious living area with plush sofas & armchairs and a gas log feature fireplace. The under-floor heating beneath solid oak boards ensures that your feet will never feel cold! The fully equipped kitchen will delight any chef and has an oversized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and professional range and oven. The granite countertops, central island and breakfast bar combine to make this sociable space perfect for grabbing breakfast before you rush to the slopes! 2 decks enjoy mountain views from the front and expansive valley views from the rear.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 good sized bedrooms. The master suite is beautifully furnished with Room& Board and Crate and Barrel and has s super comfy bed, large built in closet, gas log fireplace, private deck and ensuite bathroom with double vanity basins, and a full size tub with shower over.

The 2nd stylish bedroom features a queen bed and shares an ensuite 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with the 3rd twin bedroom. The shared bathroom once again features double vanity basins, granite countertops and tub with shower over.

The living area also has 2 ‘twin bed’ ottomans, so you can sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably. All beds are made up with luxury linens and cozy duvets. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels , warm bathrobes and AVEDA products. We love our beautiful environment and only clean our townhome using earth-friendly products.

The ground floor has a heated garage with space for 2 cars, laundry room with full size washer and dryer and powder room.
The townhome also has complimentary wireless internet access throughout and flat screen TV's and DVD players in the living room, master bedroom and queen bedroom.

Located just 250 yards from the gondola you are in a fabulous location just 5 minutes walk to the gondola, a minutes walk from La Montana (Steamboat’s best Mexican restaurant) and ‘Market on the Mountain’ grocery store. You also have the benefit of the extremely efficient and free to ride Steamboat shuttle that stops just outside the development.
