A beautiful, large house with 100' of water frontage on 712 acre Highland Lake, 18 miles from Keene, NH. House is seperated so that you can close off one side that has a large 22 by 20 foot living room with sliding glass door that goes out to a deck that looks over the lake. Above the living room is a large bunk room for kids that sleeps 10. On the other side of the house is 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and small living room. View of the lake from almost every window in the house. Beautiful sunset that set behind the mountains that come out of the lake.

Many upgrades have been made, including 4 new beds, 2 king and 2 queen. The Kitchen and 1 bathroom were redone 10 months ago.

This property is meticulously cleaned and expected to be returned the same way it was received.

If you are a previous renter weekly peak rates are $2,500.

The area is surrounded by Pitcher Mountain (full of wild blueberry bushes), and Mountain Monadnock (most climbed Mountain in the world). There are many hiking and snowmobiling trails all around the property (less then a mile). This house is 4 houses from the Marina and restaurant. Keene, NH is just west of the property where there is shopping, restaurants, and plenty of entertainment.

Snowmobile rentals are 3 houses down at the Marina. Down hill skiing is 10 miles away (Granite Gorge, great for little kids) or Sunapee Mtn 30 minutes.
