Immaculate, newly refurbished, fully equipped 2nd floor, 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) condo. Wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms and new 18" tile throughout the rest. The building has recently been resided and has new decks with vinyl railings.

We are on a boulevard of trees, lawns and gardens and are surrounded by a beautiful residential area of upscale, single family homes. One and a half blocks from the beach, one block from the bay, four blocks to the shopping area, and 8 blocks to the recreation fields and playground. Stone Harbor is one of South Jersey's nicest towns - very family oriented.

• Deposits: Half fee is due at the time of reservation to secure the date, with the remaining half due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking of reservation is less that 30 days in advance of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
   
• Other Fees: $150 security deposit to be returned after inspection of property reveals no damage was incurred.
