Three story spacious new home with handicap access, elevator, boat dock, grand modern kitchen and great room, gas grill on the second deck, and much more, perfect for entertaining. Wrap-around decks on the second and third floors allow spectacular views of the wetlands and sunsets. Fenced play area for little ones. Bring your boat, kayak, canoe, floats, tubes, fishing poles, crab traps and any other water sport equipment. Fishing, swimming, crabbing and boating right off the dock. Stone harbor beaches and shops about 1 mile.

Stone Harbor is an upscale vacation community with lots of shops and water activities. The amusements at Wildwood are just 15 minutes away and the Casinos and night life of Atlantic City are just 30 minutes north. The informative Wetlands institute is just a short walk to the east of our home. The Cape May County Zoo is just 3 miles inland. The quaint city of Cape May where you can hunt for "Cape May Diamonds" on the beaches is just 20 minutes south.
