Welcome to the Seabreeze House, a five Bedroom house divided into two separate living quarters. Rent The Bow, The Stern or the whole shebang, depending on how many people are in your party. Enjoy the views of Stonington Harbor from this in town home. The Seabreeze house is conveniently located on North Seabreeze Avenue and is just steps from the village of Stonington and The Isle Au Haut Boat Company.

The Bow is a three bedroom, one and a half bath apartment. Enjoy a full kitchen with a dining area that accommodates six people. The living room has a comfortable couch, chair and cable television. There is a door in the living room that leads out to the front yard where you can harbor watch while basking in the adirondack chairs that overlook that Stonington Harbor. The first floor of The Bow also has a half bath and an entry way with a washer and dryer.

The second floor of The Bow has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a full size tub. The first bedroom, also known as the master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large closet and a desk area. The master bedroom also has a full row of windows that enjoy beautiful water views. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a closet and a dresser. The Third bedroom has two twin size beds and a dresser. All of the bedrooms have nice mattresses and linens.

Enjoy being in the midst of the town’s happenings, while also enjoying comfortable, clean furnishings. The Bow is the perfect spot to bring the family for a real Maine adventure.

Deer Isle / Stonington
Although reachable by bridge, the Island still retains the flavor of New England life in the 1950’s: rural, neighborly, safe. A cluster of small communities with 2400 residents comprise the year-round population. Lobstering is the mainstay of the economy although the diversity of the Island’s businesses surprises everyone. Granite is still quarried here. Internationally renowned Haystack Mountain School of Crafts has brought many artists and artisans to the Island, many of whom have chosen to live here. The Stonington Opera House, celebrating its 10th year of rebirth, has achieved national recognition as a year round performing arts center.

The unique and picturesque fishing village of Stonington Maine surrounds one of the most gorgeous harbors in the area. It is just off the tip of Deer Isle in the Blue Hill Peninsula region. In Stonington Maine you can enjoy a mix of the working waterfront and pleasure. It is a very unique historical village that was visited by John Steinbeck who wrote "Stonington, Deer Isle's chief town, does not look like an American town at all in place or in architecture. Its houses are layered down to the calm water of the bay - Travels with Charley -- John Steinbeck.

The Island is a paradise for photographers, birders, kayakers, sailors, painters, naturalists, and anyone who loves the outdoors. We are fortunate to have 12 very diverse nature conservancies, many donated by generous residents. Several other conservancies are located on neighboring islands including Isle au Haut where Acadia National Park has its wilderness park. The mixture of spruce-covered islands, quiet coves, granite outcroppings, fields of wildflowers, lobster boats, windjammers, glistening waters and pristine winter snow makes a visit at any time of year, an enchanting experience.
