Relaxing and Fun

November 29, 2013

We had a great stay here. It was a beautiful place, with col and quaint shops nearby. The evening was spent grilling behind our cabin, and enjoying a fireplace after dark. It is a nice change from the hectic pace in The Valley. We will be back again!

Great Break

July 19, 2010

Our 3 generation family needed a break from the AZ heat and this was a great place to stay. The kids loved to play outside and the adults just relaxed in the cool shade.

The cabin was perfect and just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Enjoyed being able to take our 2 small dogs along. Kitchen supplies were perfect. The queen bed was very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time..... We are a family of 6 and have had a rough year this year. We make sure we don't lose sight of whats really important and that is spending quality time together as a family. We look forward to visiting in the winter :)

Last Visit

October 19, 2006

Review: The appearance of the resort (not sure if this name is applicable) from the outside looks very nice, but the interior of the cabin was dated and very dirty. Issues with the accommodations included: Very Dirty Carpet, Broken Deadbolt on Back Door, Electrical Hazard with hanging lamp (bare wires supporting), Pillows (smelled), Dirty Box Fan (controller broken), Dirty Dust Bin in Closet with broken handle, Missing Closet Door, Plunger in the Bathroom (a first), Fly-Swatter on top of Microwave (Hygiene), Inadequate heating (Portable Heater) for Cold Night, Old Furniture with Knife Mark Gouges (Rocker Chair), Sign Not to Use Blankets on Floor for Dogs (Blanket Smelled). We have stayed in much nicer cabins for the same price in Payson area and would consider this our last visit to this establishment. A Great Time!!!!

June 26, 2006

This place is awesome! The kids had an absolute blast playing onsite. My husband had a very successful fishing trip and I was content to just lay on the hammocks and read my book. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for the great hospitality. Amanda Wilks Fountain Hills, AZ
