Available for 3 month minimum seasonal rental. Atleast one person in your party must be 55 or older to rent in this community. An Active 55+ community in the quaint town of Stuart, Florida. Condo is fabulously furnished with everything you need. Light, bright and cheerfully tropical, you will "feel like" you're in Florida on vacation everyday. All white kitchen with tiled backsplash. Custom mirrors in living room and dining area. King size bed or 2 twins in huge bedroom with 2 huge closest for him and her. Relax in the enclosed adjoining Florida lanai porch surrounded by windows in a private topical setting. Porch is great for reading or can be used for craft room or office or can be outfitted for a spare guest bedroom.

Area Description

Located within walking distance to essential shopping like grocery and drug store. You can also walk to 8 restaurants, dress boutiques, coffee shops (Starbucks), and a huge regional library. Marie's cafe is located across the street for hardy, cheap breakfast and on Weds. nights they have live music with outside dancing.

If it's entertainment you like, there are activities at the club house almost everyday and many dances on the weekends. Big annual parties with dinner and dancing for Christmas including Caroling, New Year's Eve (Mardi Gras theme for 2010), Valentines Day. At the community club house there is a large heated swimming pool, exercise room, bingo, billiards, work shop with lots of tools and electric saws, sewing room, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, huge party room with full sized kitchen. On many Fri/ Sat. afternoon's there is a happy social hour get together around the pool from 7:00-9:00. Be as actively involved as you wish or a quiet as you like.
