Description of the Studio City vacation apartment rental
Although located on a quiet residential street access to freeways and the Metro-rail is only a few blocks away. Both units are available for short or long term rental.
A cosy home away from home, each unit is fully furnished and includes, quality linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock/radio/CD and DVD players etc, wireless Internet, satellite TV in both the bedroom and living room, phones with answering machine, a monitored security system, central air and heat and off street parking. Each unit has its own washer and dryer and a private fully fenced and landscaped yard with bubbling fountain, patio furniture and gas BBQ grill.
Fully equipped kitchens with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, baking utensils etc. Basic staples, (tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and spices) provided.
Double sleeper sofa and single rollaway beds available for extra guests. Pack and play crib for infants. Pets are always welcome.
Area Information
Just a few blocks from the Metro rail station, 1st stop Universal City, 2nd stop Hollywood, (Hollywood Blvd "Walk of Fame", the new Hollywood and Highland complex, Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars, and the famous Graumann's Chinese Theater where you can stand in the footprints of your favorite movie stars etc).
We are located 2 blocks from the Ventura and Hollywood freeways, and 1 block walk to the local supermarket and Starbucks. Lots of great local restaurants on Ventura Blvd just a few minutes away.
A short 10 minutes drive over Laurel Canyon crossing Mulholland Drive will take you down into West Hollywood and trendy Melrose Ave, and just a little further to chic Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive.

We stayed in the property on our recent visit to LA, we were looking for a pet friendly place, and found this online. When we arrived, we found dog bowls in 3 sizes, dog treats and fresh flowers in both rooms. The furniture is beautiful, comfortable and there are throw blankets and pillows everywhere to make things cozy and warm. The yard and patio area is amazing and we spent alot of time out there with our 4 legged children. They have not left out any details, there are dishes, spices, and anything you need to cook or entertain, plus the towels and linens are high quality and even the shampoo and soap dispensers are full of high quality products. We will certainly be back soon, and as much as I hate to share this secret, it is so much nicer and cost effective as the hotels/motels in the area. I hope you all enjoy your next stay, you will be pleasantly spoiled and pampered by this property and the owners!!!!

One of the Best Kept Secrets in LA!

My family and I were elated as we walked through the front door of this hidden jewel. The property was fabulous and in excellent condition and the Welcome Basket that Helen left us in the kitchen made us feel we were at home. The location was super urban chic and close to so many of the local attractions. With the Metrorail station only being a mile and a half away and taxis available everywhere, we did not even need to rent a car. When we return to LA, my family and I will definitely be renting from Helen again.

When I arrived the place was clean, there was a basket of fruit on the table, and the entire place felt like home. I have stayed if a few places in the Los Angeles area and this is well worth it.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

My sister and I truly loved our stay. The unit is located in a safe, pretty neighborhood that was cozy, comfortable, and clean. We especially loved the darling garden where we were able to relax and enjoy the warm California sun. We were able to leave the cold and snow in Nebraska for a week, which was most wonderful. I can highly recommend staying at this darling vacation rental and will stay again in the future.

We have stayed in apartments all over Europe and the US in the past and most have been really good, but none has been better than this one. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was extremely well-equipped, comfortable and a lovely,relaxing place to come back to at the end of each day. It was well-placed for sightseeing and well-served by shops and restaurants. The thing that made it stand out most, however, was Helen's eagerness to make sure that we had everything we needed and to help make our stay a good one. We would unreservedly recommend this property to anyone.

This place is amazing. My family stayed for 4 days and loved it. The owner is extremely nice and gracious. The place is clean, furnished, and has homey touches that make it feel like a bread and breakfast. It is fully equipped, even has some food, and a nice yard to relax in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
