The self-contained guesthouse has great amenities: queen-sized bed in the loft, a 50" flat-screen T.V./DVD player, washer/dryer, yard with BBQ and parking. Perfect for single travelers or a couple. Will sleep up to 4 comfortably.

Enjoy walks in the hills of this spectacular area in Studio City. Universal Studios is less than a 5 minute drive, and get to Hollywood Blvd (famous Mann's Chinese Theatre) within 15 mins. Catch some live music in a host of local music venues/restaurants, or take a picnic basket to the Hollywood Bowl for a symphony/concert under the stars!

 Great little guesthouse with fabulous landlords, March 8, 2008

The place is lovely and immaculate, with great privacy and access to an outside terrace and lovely lawn. Floor space is small, but very high ceilings and good design make it feel capacious for two. The construction and furnishings are high quality. The bed is more comfortable than any I've slept in, and is in a comfortable loft with great light, air, and views. The bathroom is elegant with an amazing shower! The kitchenette and media nook downstairs are more than adequate. We found the kitchen supplies more extensive than any of our other temporary rentals, even including good knives! Our hosts were charming and helpful. We loved the location for our commuting, and found the neighborhood surprisingly quiet given the easy access.
