Having found this place on line while doing research from the UK where i live.I found this studio to be fantastic...I"ve stayed in apartments / Studios all over Europe while on golfing holidays but found this place in Sunshine terrace way above anything I"ve stayed in previously...The equipment in the studio and the comfort are the tops...My welcome from the owner Lloyd Perault was warm and he explained everything that one needed to know to use this lovely studio...I have been coming to the USA (los angeles ) for over 20 years to see my son and the grand children and have always stayed in a local Hotel in Studio City but for all future visits I shall be staying in Lloyds PLace...I like my own space being an old guy, don"t like being cooked up in my sons house sharing beds etc...and Lloyds Place is perfect ....So for all you people who live in the USA and go on holidays Don"t look anywhere else because this place is the Business (as we say in the UK )

My husband and I stayed here from October 24th through November 2nd, 2009. Jo-Anne and Lloyd are the wonderful, warm, friendly, gracious owners that made us feel so at home. It seemed as if they would have done anything to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. They even loaned us a GPS to help us get around. The guest house is adorable and very accomodating. The bed is super comfortable and the washer and dryer is wonderful to have handy! The location is excellent for the busy tourist! We hated to leave. Hopefully we will be back again someday!!

Great little guesthouse with fabulous landlords

The place is lovely and immaculate, with great privacy and access to an outside terrace and lovely lawn. Floor space is small, but very high ceilings and good design make it feel capacious for two. The construction and furnishings are high quality. The bed is more comfortable than any I've slept in, and is in a comfortable loft with great light, air, and views. The bathroom is elegant with an amazing shower! The kitchenette and media nook downstairs are more than adequate. We found the kitchen supplies more extensive than any of our other temporary rentals, even including good knives! Our hosts were charming and helpful. We loved the location for our commuting, and found the neighborhood surprisingly quiet given the easy access.
