Description of the Sturgeon Bay vacation cottage rental

Room for the whole family in one rental! Located on Sand Bay Point (mailing address is Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin) in gorgeous Door County! Only steps from the waters of Green Bay; 10 minutes from the Airport, Potawatomi State Park, Idlewild Golf Course, and historic downtown Sturgeon Bay. There are 2 public SAND beaches within walking/biking distance.

Main cottage includes 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Open concept living/dining room area with a full size dining table which will seat 10. Full size bathroom includes a tub/shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Washer and dryer are in the utility area. Also includes Culligan soft water.

There is also a separate bunk house with 2 sets of bunk beds, TV, VCR & game table. Sleeps a minimum of 8. Great for kids or adults.
There is local telephone service.
Central air conditioning.
Cable/Satellite TV & VCR.
PETS ARE ALLOWED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50/WEEK & DEPOSIT. ($150 deposit, refundable upon clean check out.)
Most linens are provided-guests provide bath/hand towels.
Parking for RV/boat/trailer.
Wood for fire pit provided by guests.

Minimum age for renters is 25.
Deposit ($300) must be received within 5 days of booking.
Peak Season (June-August) $850/week plus tax. Additional $50 per pet/week.
Off Season (Sept-May) $750/week plus tax. Additional $50 per pet/week.
