3br SUGARBUSH Contemporary House (#1339)

We recently stayed at this home with friends. It was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It just felt like home. The large jetted bath and shower on the main floor are wonderfull! We hope to rent it for the same time next year! We recently stayed here for a week-long ski trip in the mad river valley and had an excellent time. The house is very comfortable for up to 8 people; there is one bedroom upstairs, and three downstairs. 3 have queens and one has two twins. There are two baths, one upstairs with a large jacuzzi tub and one downstairs with a standing shower. The yard is beautiful, with a stream running through it and lots of room to play in the snow. The house also has two carports to keep the cars out of the snow and they plowed the driveway when it snowed. It's about 2 minutes from Warren town, which is very small, and about 15 min from Waitsfield, which has lots of restaurants and stores. Sugarbush and Mad River Glen are very close, and it's an hour from Stowe and Killington, and Burlington. Our only complaint was that there is no wood stove in the house as listed on the description! Everything else is accurate. This house is perfect for a small group of friends. It slept 8 very comfortably. My only problem with this house was in the kitchen. The house sleeps 8 but there were only 4 bowls and very few plates. Also, there was only one pot and one pan. This made it very difficult to cook dinner for the 8 of us. Also, we ran out of toilet paper the second day we were there. We arrived with toilet paper in both bathrooms but there was only one extra roll in the upstairs bathroom. These were the only problems I had with the house. It snowed the day we arrived and all day the second day and the plow came by when we were out. The two car garage was also very useful.
