Summer or winter, The Farm on Mad River is available for daily/weekly rental; short-term or ski season rentals. Perched on a ledge overlooking The Mad River, The Farm is located on over 50 private acres intersected by The Mad River. The five bedroom circa 1900 farmhouse is well-appointed and has two baths, two living rooms, dining room, fireplace, and professional kitchen. (Sleeps 10-12).

Situated between Sugarbush and The Mad River Glen ski resorts, and just off Route 100, this little piece of heaven on earth offers vacationers a holiday retreat they'll never forget.

The Farm's adjacent property, The Overlook,
is available for nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal rental. This home includes a one-bedroom main house and one bedroom cottage and is a retreat perfect for a small family, or a weekend rendevous for friends and sleeps 4-8 people. Fully-equipped and beautifully furnished. Dogs are welcome. Please call for details and rates.

This property is a perfect location for family vacations, reunions, or groups-large and small. The swimming is excellent in the summer with natural pools and beaches along the riverfront. Good location for fly-fishing. Close to mountain biking and hiking trails. Cross-country skiing is available on the property itself during the ski season with two cross-country ski areas nearby. The Farm is centrally-located with dining, shopping, recreation and entertainment closeby.
