Summer or winter, The Farm on Mad River is available for daily/weekly rental; short-term or ski season rentals. Perched on a ledge overlooking The Mad River, The Farm is located on over 50 private acres intersected by The Mad River. The five bedroom circa 1900 farmhouse is well-appointed and has two baths, two living rooms, dining room, fireplace, and professional kitchen. (Sleeps 10-12).

Situated between Sugarbush and The Mad River Glen ski resorts, and just off Route 100, this little piece of heaven on earth offers vacationers a holiday retreat they'll never forget. The property can be leased under our “Weekends Only” option, requiring a minimum commitment of five weekends during the winter season. Utilities are included in these rates, along with snow and trash removal as well as firewood.

$700 per night (2 night min.) $4,200 per week – Regular Rates
HOLIDAY RATES $800 per night. Monthly Rates/Ski Season - $6000 per month.

SKI WEEKENDS-ONLY PLAN [5 weekend minimum] $1200/weekend.
Additional weekends may be added, including holiday weekends at holiday rates.

This property is a perfect location for family vacations, reunions, or groups-large and small. The swimming is excellent in the summer with natural pools and beaches along the riverfront. Good location for fly-fishing. Close to mountain biking and hiking trails. Cross-country skiing is available on the property itself during the ski season with two cross-country ski areas nearby. The Farm is centrally-located with dining, shopping, recreation and entertainment closeby. Dogs are welcome. Please call for details and rates.
