You and your family will absolutely love Bow Channel Manor! Situated on a very private 4-acre parcel on Upper Sugarloaf Key, you, your family and your friends will create wonderful memories here. It's like having your own private resort!

There are 3, separate homes on this property, each offering additional sleeping accommodations. The Bow Channel House, the Round House and the Carriage House. Rental prices reflect the Bow Channel House ONLY.

The main level of Bow Channel House provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom hosts a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a separate full bathroom. Further you'll find this main level to have central a/c, an open floor plan providing a formal dining area, spacious living area and full kitchen.

The ground level provides an additional casual living space, with TV, stereo system, mini fridge and bar area, full bathroom, 2 twin beds as well as a third bedroom hosting a queen size bed, making this an ideal home for large families with children.

The exterior veranda-style porches afford lots of space to get away from the group for some private time.

The grounds are like a playground. There is a full-size heated pool with a cabana area over looking the gulf side waters of the Keys. A short walk down to the ocean with a walk-out area to get in the water to snorkel and kayak right on the property. The boat basin is perfect for several boats with picnic areas and tiki huts. This property also offers electric and water at the dock area and fish cleaning station. Plus a small boat launch for smaller boats.

There are two additional units adjacent to the main house with private bedrooms, kitchen and bath may be rented for over flow guests. If you're interested in these additional spaces, please inquire about pricing as it is NOT INCLUDED in the regular quoted price.

This is truly a perfect get away for family reunions, corporate retreats or small weddings.

Other Fees: 28 DAY RULE Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law. TAXES All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (5%) totaling 12.5% tax. UTILITIES All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent. PET POLICY If owner accepts the request for pets, there will be a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when off property. All pets must have current shots and immunization. Pets must be on a flea prevention treatment prior to rental. All pet feces must be picked up from property prior to exiting property. Pets walked in neighborhood must have all pet feces picked up and disposed of immediately. An additional pet addendum will be added to the rental lease. Please refer to the addendum for additional details. CANCELLATIONS 60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office 1 week prior to your arrival to confirm specific check-in procedures.
