We enjoy hiking and exploring and were looking for a quick getaway when we found this condo available in the Carrabassett Valley/Sugarloaf area. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room in a quiet area that was a 10 min drive in either direction to Kingfield or the Sugarloaf area. It had a grill on the back deck which we were not aware of, but would have enjoyed grilling and packed for that if we had known. We enjoyed a couple of great hikes on the Maine Huts and Trails system. You can also ZipLine or tour Sugarloaf on a Segway. Our only disappointment was that there was not more to do in Kingfield. We thought there would be more shops and restaurants to enjoy. This very reasonably priced, clean and spacious condo was a great way to have a few nights away to feel at home completely relaxed!

Wonderful condo with beautiful location, lots of space, well kept (kudos to the request for shoe removal - love it!) and awesome-to-deal-with owner! Would highly recommend and hope to be back :)

The condo was perfect, very spacious, quiet. The washer and dryer were a nice perk after doing the Sugarloaf Marathon and the owner was awesome to deal with. At the post race pot-luck our friends were very impressed with our digs!

This beautiful 3 BR home provided ample space for our family. The full sized washer/dryer were convenient to keep our ski clothes clean and ready for the next day. A large breakfast bar and separate dining room made staying in for meals a pleasure. I highly recommend this vacation home.

I rented the condo w/the additional suite for the Reggaefest. We had a great time, the house was great, plenty of sleeping rooms and bathrooms, with a nice deck and a great view. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking in which was great with a lot of people. The suite is reccommened if you have a bigger party because you don't have to worry about too much noise above, and it also serves as a great place for people to go if they want to crash early. I would def. recomend this property.

The open spaces made it easy to socialize with family. Everything we needed was there. It was close to the mountain and a quite retreat. I was not happy about being asked to strip all the 9 beds we used and cleaning up and gathering towels and empting trash containers when we left. I thought that should have been part of the condo rental.

We had four adults staying in the Condo. We went up to play golf at Sugarloaf Golf Course. We had a great time and the unit was more than we expected, fully stocked, even down to frosty mugs in the freezer Thanks Kevin Irish Turner, Me

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. We were travelling to Maine in a group of 6 adults via motorcyles, and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this location highly. 5 star in our opinion! A big thank you to the owners Terry and Debbie.
We keep a guest book and it is filled with extremely satisfied tenants who can't wait to return.
