Option #1 - 900 Unit Winter Rates 2 levels
Prime: Holiday & Weekends: Friday - Saturday $400.00 per night plus Maine tax of 7%

If you would like to make reservations let me know and return the attached form with your deposit of half the total amount. Please indicate the time you wish to reserve but please remember, first come, first served, that the date of the postmark determines the reservation confirmation.
Within two weeks of your expected arrival please send the balance due plus a security deposit of $250.00. Upon receipt we shall confirm. If you are a past guest you do not have to send a security deposit. Please let us know the approximate time you would like to arrive [usually 4 PM] and the approximate time you plan to depart [usually 11 AM].

The Fitness center is located just below us off the Birches slope next to us. It has a full Gym, Racket Ball courts, indoor swimming pool & both an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. The cost is about $12 a day during Ski Season and $8.00 per day during the summer months.

Great place for families!

This condo was the BEST location on the mountain for us as a family with three children. It is a minute walk to the ski school and a minute walk to the child care. It had everything we needed and the kids loved it. We had a great ski vacation at Sugarloaf!

A fantastic week of skiing!

We had a great week in this condo(upper unit) that had everything we needed and the location really can't be beat! We were a few steps to Whiffletree and the base lodge and skiied home almost to the door. The condo was a bit outdated but fine for us-kitchen had everything we needed and sofa's/beds were comfy!. WiFi would have been nice but is available at base lodge. A land line would have been convenient for local calls on the hill (we're Canadian and cell phone costs are expensive out of country!) The owners were great to deal with and overall we had a fantastic week in this condo! Thank you!

What a great condo! I grew up on the Loaf, but hadn't skied there in 20 years. This location is perfect... right at the lodge and close to the action. Even though we "lost" a day due to broad "Windholds" across many lifts, we were easily able to get out and about and take advantage of a hike on the Narrow Gauge. Very homey atmosphere in the condo, quite comfortable, and I dare you to find a place closer to the lifts! The sleds in the shed helped tire out the kiddos in our group, which was a much appreciated bonus. If you're looking for a great ski vacation headquarters, you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. Thank you, Denis and Carol! We will be back!!

Can't Get Any Closer than This!

Our family of five rented the Upper Apt for four days in December. We quickly settled into the place, as though it was home. The fire place was warm, the living room had plenty of sitting areas, the kitchen had everything you need to make a nice meal, there was an extra bathroom upstairs, and the apt was nice and clean. The slopes/lodge were right outside the door. This made it easy for getting out early to get the first turns or walking to the restaurants/bars for dinner. Carol, the owner, was very pleasant and accommodating. We will most definitely be staying there again!

We stayed at the lower (smaller) apartment during the Christmas week 2011. Location can't be beat. (Even with two young kids, we could walk to the lifts/ski school within minutes. Due to early season conditions, it wasn't a true ski in/out, but it should be with more snow.) The apartment itself is clean and cozy, if not super modern or fancy. Enough towels and bed linens for everyone, plenty of pots, pans, and dishes in the kitchen. The owner, Carol, is the nicest person you ever meet! The only small con I can think of is that the policy on reservations, cancellations, and deposits is pretty strict. (But security deposit was mailed back promptly, no complaints.) Would definitely stay there again!
