A snowball throw from the Sugarloaf Kids Nursery, the Whiffletree super-quad chair, Comp Center and an easy walk across the slope to the base lodge, lift tickets, restaurants, entertainment, Torch Light Parade, Fire Works, shops, the Chapel.

Break-away apartment - First level - 500 square feet- Separate - Facing North and Bigelow Mountain; 1 BR with double bed, 1 Bath, Full size Kitchen. Open Dining - Dining - Living with wrap around queen pull-out couch. Ideal for a couple or a family of 4.

900 Unit - 2 levels - 900 square feet living area 3 BR, 1 full Bath, Kitchen.
First floor level: Deck, Entry Mud room to Living Dining area with Full Kitchen. Master Bedroom with King size bed, Bathroom. Back deck on North side Facing Bigelow Mt

Second Floor: Large Bedroom with Bunk beds & 2nd Bedroom with Double bed with 1/2 bath on this level.

Upon arriving we didnt know there were 2 units in the building. The owners unit is more grand however the space provided for rent is very well kept and modern. Great owners! Great Location.
