Our home is located is Spruce Creek South by the Villages. The only secured and gated community in the area! It is a beautiful home with a fully fenced rear yard. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with attached 2 car garage. Fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. Services included are trash pickup, water, cable, & yard service. Telephone is installed but is the occupant's responsibility. Electric is also the responsiblity of the occupant for a long-term rental (4+ months). Leather sofas, fully furnished kitchen, Flordia room, etc! Small dogs are allowed!!! $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit required. Work bench in garage!
