Extremely private two bedroom two full bathrooms on beautiful Little Torch Key , Oceanside . Deep Water swimming canal . Plenty of room for docking and parking of trailers etc...
house was completely renovated less than three years ago , high end renovation , granite , travertine , stainless steel etc....Premium cable and tvs in both bedrooms and living room . Wireless high speed internet . House has hus cut in boat slip as well as sea wall docking . large wood deck . heavily treed lot for complete privacy . Quality pillow top mattresses , feather pillows etc... very comfortable high end home . Several fantastic restaurants near by . Bahia honda Park within 15 mintues , looe key reef !! Full service marina at end of canal , fuel , rental boats etc.....less than 1/2 hour to Key West or Marathon .

Area Information

Known as the heart of the Keys a twenty minute drive to Marathon is ideal because it is quaint and peaceful but offers a multitude of restaurants, a variety of tourist attractions including the 'The Dolphin Research Center', and plenty of shopping. We also pride ourselves for the label 'sport fishing capital of the world' with exceptional tarpon fishing, a growing population of Blue Marlin, and many other species to choose from year round. The reef diving is ideal for beginner to intermediate level divers and the Gulf of Mexico offers shallow waters for great beginner level and child safe snorkeling. You may also appreciate the short distance to Key West, and the Airports of Miami and Fort Lauderdale are just over 2 hours by auto.

Key West is also a twenty minute drive south of Little Torch and discover a city where real estate titles date back to the Kings of Spain. Stroll the palm-lined streets and discover gingerbread mansions, tin-roofed conch houses, the John Audubon House and Ernest Hemingway's home.
