Lots of sand, warm shallow tidal water, shaded picnic area, washroom, screened sunroom. Farm and cottage lanes to go bike riding with the kids. Canoe available or you can launch your own boat.
If you are a wanderer this would be a great location to tour the Central and Western areas of PEI.
This home is a century old farm house with hardwood floors, upstairs and down. The kitchen is fully equipped with laundry and dishwasher. There is a: formal dining room with china, large veranda with rocking chairs, beds with goose down comforters, hand made quilts and quality maple furniture. MacLean House would be a place to have both comfort and convenience while on vacation.

MacLean House can also be rented for 4 days, beginning or ending on a Saturday for $500.00 if available.

MacLean House is 25 minutes from Summerside. Town of 10,000 people with: Collage of piping events, open air entertainment at Spinnaker landing, a yacht club, seafood shops on the wharf, a golf course, Lobster Carnival week with Harness racing(Mid-July), and the musical “Anne and Gilbert” at the Jubilee Theater.
Cavendish is a 40 minute drive through lush farm lands. Charlottetown and the airport is a 60 minute drive. Moncton airport is a two hour drive away. ( One hour on the mainland and one hour from the Confederation bridge.)

Towards the western end of PEI there are scenic drives, windmill farms, sandy beaches, parks, golf courses and museums.
