Fully furnished home with all you need to enjoy your stay in the area. Master bed with private Whirlpool bath. Living room with large sectional couch, recliners, fireplace and HD flat screen TV/DVD/CD/VCR. Hardwood floors and carpeted throughout. Central heating /Air, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all needed to cook and entertain. Linens and cleaning supplies provided. Two car garage to park your boat or car. Indeed a warm and cozy home

My husband and I traveled to Charleston to visit our daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter. It was a great experience and will definitely do it again. The home has everything you could imagine and more and fit us perfectly. My granddaughter loved coming over to spend the night in her own bedroom. The location was perfect and was in a very nice safe neighborhood, The Owner and caretaker were great to work with and would provide anything we needed, but since the house was so well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Again, I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Charleston area. We stayed for 1 month and will absolutely be back sometime in the future.

Beautiful Home to Rent in Quiet Community

July 2, 2012

My husband and I traveled to SC with our 4 children to visit our in-laws and found this house to be absolutely PERFECT in every way. The office had a futon in it, so it functioned as a 3rd bedroom for us, and the house easily fit all six of us with room to spare. The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and is quite spacious with an open floor plan and high ceilings. A cute porch sits off the dining room, and every morning my older boys (age 8 and 10) would go outside and sit and hold the lizards (anoles) they had caught. The master bedroom has an enormous walk-in closet and a whirl-pool tub in the master bath. The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer, which is very convenient, especially for someone like me traveling with a bunch of kids! The back yard is well-groomed and fenced in and provided a beautiful place to sit and a safe place for the kids to play. My family absolutely loved this house we found both the owner and caretaker to be extremely pleasant people and easy to work with. We feel blessed to have found this home for our trip and hope to return to it the next time we head south. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!
