Historic Summerville with all it's own charm is only 20 minutes from Charleston. You'll love your stay here. This home is located in what use to be an old Tea Farm. The Villa has been lovingly decorated with a Charleston charm. Pineapples, Palm and banana tree decor, colorful yet calm and relaxing. We've brought a bit of the beachy style in, although we are not at the beach just to give you a taste of that vacation atmosphere.

Come and stay a while. Our beautiful 900 sqft villa sits on 1 acre in historic Old Summerville. Once a working tea farm, this area is expansive and plush with foliage, flowers, trees, wildlife and big on charm. Occasionally, you can even see some of the original tea plants along with elephant ears, palm trees, and tons of Magnolias right outside your door looming over the villa's veranda. The villa is part of a larger Spanish style home. We recently went all out spending $30,000 remodeling & furnishing the Villa for a vacation delight. You'll love the Brazilian cherry tigerwood floors and marble in the bathroom. Each room has it's own style. A variety of colors and textures grace this charming villa, and we take pride in the exquisite quality of our Villa. The kitchen has all high end appliances which include an ice maker in the fridge, self cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker with timer (the coffee is waiting for you when you get up) and a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has an amazing feature for cool mornings, a special heater installed in the ceiling.

**We also provide WIFI, a blow dryer, iron & ironing board and all cleaning, laundry and paper supplies.

The secluded patio is designed to resemble a gazebo. Graced with lovely Whitecraft Wicker it seats 5 people with 2 Rockers, an ottoman, a glass breakfast table and an umbrella, and a luv seat surrounding a firepit table. It is enveloped by trees, ferns, & elephant ear plants to name a few and is absolutely private.

For the beach, we have a beach bag with 4 towels, 2 beach chairs, a picnic basket, and a portable propane grill.

For Safety features, we also have covered the bases with a fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, flashlights, candles, nightlights and of course smoke detectors in each room.

Summerville, with all it's own charm and history is a mere 20 minutes from Charleston or airport. 15 minutes to Magnolia Plantation and roughly 30 minutes to the beach. We are so centrally located it's an easy decision to want to stay with us.
