Description of the Sun City vacation condo rental

If you're looking for the ideal Super Bowl vacation home, this is it. We are located on the Sun City Country Club golf course. We can arrange for you to play this newly upgraded course, complete with the use of our own golf cart.
Our condo has recently been remodeled, and has a queen size Murphy Bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has a queen. All of the mattresses are new.
We have a high definition television in the living room, and high speed wireless internet connection.
This property is available from January 13th through February 4th.
We are only a few miles from the Phoenix stadium where the super bowl will be on February 3rd.

Area Description

Sun City is an adult retirement community, and is a very quiet neighborhood.
Our Country Club has great food, and is within walking distance.
We are very close to Luke Air Force Base if you are military, and they have great food also.
There are many fine restaurants in our neighborhood, and Arrowhead Mall is a few miles away. It is a very trendy mall, and other major stores are located close by.
