This is an immaculate, beatifully decorated patio home in Phase III of Sun City, AZ (age restricted community, one person must be 55 years of age). It is in a great location close to recreations centers, golf courses, grocery, pharmacy, post office. Unit has enclosed block patio, which is great for small pet. Patio has gas grill and table and chairs. King bed (new Sealy posture-pedic mattress), two walk in closets, walk in shower (no tub), three tv's (cable and local phone included in rental!), DVD and VCR. Garage, washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster oven, icemaker in freezer. Has iron, ironing board, linens (new), dishes, baking pans, glassware--everything you need!

Area Description

Sun City is an age restricted community and prides itself on a pristeen environment. Area has desert flora and palm trees. Accessible to Phoenix/Glendale area offerings, including the SuperBowl, and Spring Training parks. Great weather is a given.

Less than 10 miles to the Glendale, AZ stadium hosting SuperBowl in 2008. Less than 5 miles to Spring Training Stadiums in Peoria, AZ and Surprise, AZ.
