Beautiful furnished 2 bedroom home in Sun City. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with tub/shower. The kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Outside next to the covered patio is a 4 person hot tub. It has a garage, laundry room with washer and dryer. A third queen bed is in the large utility/laundry room.

Area Description

Sun City is close to lots of golf courses. Close to Peoria Sports Complex, spring training for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners,. Down the street from Arrowhead Shopping Mall home of most major Department Stores and all major Restaurants. Only a few miles from the new state of the art Arizona Cardinals Football Stdium (home of the 2008 Super Bowl), which is next to the Phoenix Coyotes Pro Hockey Arena. To the west is the Surprise sport complex home of spring training for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. Approx 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. a cultural meca of theaters, restaurants, Chase Field (home of the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team) which is next door to America West arena home of the Phoenix Suns basketball team. For day trips visit Sedona (home of the Red Rocks), Grand Canyon or Nogales, Mexico for you gifts from south of the border. You will not have enough time to do all the things you want to do or visit all the place you want to see on a standard vacation.
